By pioneering the development of a proprietary top-down based chemical exfoliation process for producing Graphene, we are able to overcome the existing challenges in the graphene production value chain such as lack of strategies for frictionless integration, low yield of Graphene (mg/ml), lack of precise control over graphene thickness and lateral size, as well as lack of suppliers for functionalized graphene dispersions at viable cost/benefit ratio.

Terracarb’s platform approach for manufacturing is enabled by a library of 2,500+ chemicals, which enables customization in terms of surface chemistry, particle size, delivery method as well as suitable carriers. In addition, this library enables hybridizing graphene with complimentary chemistries and materials, aimed to improve the performance of graphene-based additives in end products. This industry-first approach, coupled with the versatility possible with our manufacturing platform and library, provides us with unparalleled focus on fine-tuning our offering to our end users, enabling seamless integration and accurate optimization of additives, in terms of performance and cost.
